6. Payment Terms

  • Services are provided based on agreed payment plans.

  • Payments must be made as per the invoiced amount and schedule.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and branding provided by Grade Glider remain our intellectual property.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit our content without written consent.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Grade Glider complies with Uganda’s Data Protection Act and GDPR.

  • User data is collected, stored, and processed per our Privacy Policy.

  • Users may request data access, correction, or deletion as permitted by law.

9. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranties.

  • Grade Glider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Unlawful or unethical use of services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Ugandan law.

  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings.
